Creating a Query for Header and Footer hiding

Thanks for watching. I am looking to create a query for the entire website that when added to any page url, the header and footer is hidden.

Example: https://hopefellowship1.snappages.site/groups
Add url query to the end of the url "?embed=1"
https://hopefellowship1.snappages.site/groups?embed=1 returns webpage that lacks header and footer and only displays body.
