How the Process Works
We meet in focused one-hour sessions, typically one to two per week.
You only need to book the first session to begin. Once that first session is scheduled, you are in the system. From there, you can schedule additional Discovery sessions as needed until the architectural mapping is complete.
The right stakeholders should be present. These are working sessions where decisions are clarified, assumptions are tested, and patterns are surfaced. Between sessions, ReedVerde documents what we uncover, refines the structure, and prepares the next layer of questions so momentum continues.
Discovery continues until the full system is mapped and we mutually agree the architectural plan is complete.
