Hi, I’m Reed.
I build websites, apps, and the systems behind them for churches, communities, and small businesses. I’m bringing some of that work to SF Tech Week in October 2026.

Shoes Off, Dirtbag.
I’m building a shoe reminder because I don’t want to track dirt and germs through my house. The idea is to walk through the door and hear a shoe meme telling me to take them off.
I’m taking it to Hack Alcatraz, where the brief is to build something fun and demo it on a boat. All 32 normal scenes now run on my physical bench, including three made with Kling AI. I also made a Cloudflare service for a separate public test pack. The wearable and automatic doorway detection are still ahead.
