Getting people to download the app is the hardest part of the app strategy. A QR code that points at your App Download Page removes the friction between a member seeing the app and having it on their phone.

Inside the Subsplash dashboard, find your App Download Page URL. It is the smart link that detects whether the visitor is on iOS, Android, or a browser and routes them to the right destination. Copy that URL.

Drop it into any QR code generator. Free tools work fine for this. Download the QR image as a PNG or SVG. That is the code you will use everywhere.

Placement matters more than volume. Put it in high traffic, high visibility spots. On the seat back cards next to the welcome pens. On the digital signage in the lobby. On the announcement slides between services. On staff shirts if you have merch. On the back of the connect cards.

One rule: never print it small. If someone has to walk up and squint, they will not scan. Bigger than you think, always. That is the difference between decoration and downloads.
