If you already keep sermons on Vimeo, moving them into Subsplash does not require downloading a single file. Vimeo exposes a direct link for each video, and Subsplash can pull from that link on its own.
Open the video in Vimeo. Go to Settings, then Distribution. Look for the download options. Vimeo shows a list of available renditions: 1080p, 720p, 540p, and source. Right click the resolution you want and copy the link address. That URL is a direct pointer at the actual video file on Vimeo's servers.
In Subsplash, create a new Media item. Instead of uploading a file, paste that URL into the import field. Subsplash pulls the file across on its own and processes it. You do not touch the file locally.
Choose 1080p when Vimeo offers it. Source resolution is often larger than needed for app playback and slows the import without adding visible quality on a phone screen.
This workflow is how you migrate a full Vimeo library into Subsplash Media without spending a weekend downloading and re uploading. Point, paste, import.
