The Story
Redemption Hills did not need a vendor. They needed a guide who could stay.
ReedVerde built their entire website from scratch on Subsplash and architected their app experience. But the real work began after launch.
Phase 1: Platform build and architecture
ReedVerde designed: the full website, the app structure, audience-based navigation, and content systems that could scale weekly.
This established a strong foundation.
Phase 2: Documentation and workflow creation
Next, ReedVerde documented: how content should be created, how updates should flow, how staff should use each tool, and how decisions should be made.
This turned tools into systems.
Phase 3: Ongoing discernment and leadership
Today, ReedVerde meets weekly with leadership and staff.
The work now includes: helping discern what matters digitally, aligning digital presence with organic pastoral care, supporting staff as they communicate with people meaningfully, and ensuring the system continues to reflect reality, not habit.
ReedVerde functions as connective tissue between vision, tools, and people.
